Hi there! My name is Kobi. I’m 3 years old and 30lbs. I’m extremely scared of the world right now and will need a very patient owner to work with me. I refuse to walk on a leash, as I get frozen when I get one put on. A home with another dog would be ideal so they can ‘show me the ropes’. My crate is my safe place, so I would love for my new home to have one. I came from a truck driver that would go around constantly breeding puppies and then selling them. I was one of the offspring that he was unable to sell. He kept us outside our entire lives and only threw us food once a week. We were covered in lice and fleas. He was only home on weekdays, so we were very neglected. I don’t trust any human right now. I would do best in a home with older children that can give me space and aren’t too rowdy. I am as sweet as honey! I am afraid of a lot, but have not showed any signs of aggression when I’m scared. My foster mom always takes me out before letting me around the house so I haven’t had any accidents. I may take awhile to come around but I’ll definitely be worth it! Hope to see you soon! ----- What breed am I? Mixed mutt! ODHS does not breed label (unless there’s official paperwork), as studies show it is nearly impossible to tell the exact breed of each dog based off of their appearance.
