Description:
Venus is an adorable and energetic shepherd mix with tiny little legs and an estimated birthday of 09/19/2021 that came to Murcis Mission from our rescue partners at SCRAPS.

She is friendly to dogs, cats and kids. She is shy when first meeting new animals and people so she would benefit from slow introductions and a little space to build confidence.

Venus came to SCRAPS with a severe case of fleas and she has since been treated, but she does still have some patchy areas of hair that are still regrowing. We are feeding her an over the counter limited ingredient food to help her skin and coat recouperare as fast as possible.

Venus would make a great addition to any family with room in the heart and home for another pet and a touch of patience to let her under confident personality adjust to new surroundings. She comes spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $200 and includes her leash, collar, ID tag and a sample of the food shes been eating. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
