Housebroken: Work in progress. Doing well when crated and kept on a schedule but does not alert.

Crate trained: Yes, does very well.

Good in the car: Yes, she rides in the car daily and lays quietly in the back seat. Also good riding in the crate.

Good on a leash: Yes, she is walked on a leash several times a day.

Energy level: medium, shes pretty low key but likes to roam around the house

Need a fenced in yard: No she does well on the leash and seems to prefer being indoors

Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about her?

Mira is a sweetheart! She loves everyone she meets, and they love her! She is the star of the show at foster moms office! Her happiness is on full display, that tail is always wagging! She is new to the rescue so her foster family is still getting to know her but so far, she has proven to be a great all around dog! She doesnt care about the cats, other dogs or a houseful of people. Shes just content to bebop around the house, checking things out until its nap time.

She Is treat motivated which is great for training! We are working on basic commands, like sit and taking treats easy. She loves, loves, loves stuffed toys, its fun to watch her shake and toss them! Warning, shes a vicious stuffy killer lol!

Mira will do best with a family where she gets lots of time to hang out with you as she loves being close to her people. She doesnt need a lot of exercise but would also enjoy a nice walk or two each day (not counting potty breaks).
