Poodles are known to be quite loyal and typically bond quickly. They tend to be shy or scared around strangers and rarely act in an aggressive manner, apart from barking. Standard poodles tend to be the most reserved type and take a tag longer to interact with strangers. Beans & Pawblo are no different and for these reasons we believe Mom & Dad should be adopted together by experienced Poodle owner or someone Dog Savvy. It is our hope to keep them together because they seem very dependent of each other. There will be a discounted Pair adoption fee.

The 6/26 Litter of 6 Poodle pups and their Mom & Dad arrived at our center on September 9th. Their owner surrendered them because she could not take care of all of them, their parents, her ill Mom and her Son. She knew they would be well taken care of by us and adopted to great homes!

All our adoptable animals are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate Vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Felines are also FIV/FELK tested. All Canines are started on Heartworm Preventatives and if 6 months or older they are tested for Heartworm Disease.

Reminder: We do not DNA test our animals since it is costly and takes several weeks. Breeds are determined by what their owner tells us, physical characteristics, traits and app scans. Nor will we ever say an animal is a purebred even if we suspect or told by the owner. Choosing an animal to adopt should be based on interacting with the animal and not by breed standards. The only definite way to determine any breed is by doing a DNA test.

We are OPEN for visitors from 12PM - 4PM Tuesday -Friday and 12PM-3PM on Saturdays or by APPOINTMENT at other times. Face Masks are ONLY required for those who are Not Vaccinated. Please contact us for an appointment if you would prefer a MASK ONLY Visit.

We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. If you want to meet an animal that is being fostered an approved application is required first.

ONLY ONE APPLICATION NEEDED 
If interested in more than one pup just put all the names on one application. If you already have an approved application then just email us at lchsmanager@gmail.com to tell us you which animals you want your approved application applied to.

All our pets are posted online and we continue to take applications until they are actually adopted. Many times things change and an approved adopter does not adopt the animal so we do maintain a wait list when necessary. 

Please do not visit if you or anyone in your household have had symptoms of COVID 19 or been around anyone that you know has been positive or experienced symptoms within past 14 days. It is of the utmost importance that our staff stays healthy so our pets can be taken care of.
