Meet Alley: This sweet & somewhat shy little Schnauzer mix girl is about 9 yrs old and came to us when her owner was no longer able to care for her. She doesnt ask for much, she just wants to have her belly rubbed. Alley is\xa0 spayed, up-to-date on her vaccines & gets along well with other dogs.\xa0\xa0Alley would do best with someone that works from home or is retired as she likes to follow her people around the house. Older kids are OK, & younger children who tend to be louder and more randomly active scare her. Alley is a creature of habit and not a fan of change, so it took her a little to get used to her new foster home and it might take a few days or more for her to warm up to & trust a new person or family. Once shes convinced that she is safe, she is very sweet & loving, & Alley loves to sleep in her crate at night.\xa0\xa0

Alley has a medium length coat but only sheds a little but will nee to be groomed on a regular basis.

***Please note: All dogs are fostered in private homes of volunteers, so to meet a dog please fill out an Adoption Application on our website (http://www.twyla.org/adopt/our-adoption-process) so we may setup a private meetup with the dog or coordinate for an Introduction at the next general Adoption Meet and Greet (as listed on our website: (http://www.twyla.org/upcoming-events), as not all dogs attend all Meet and Greets***

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
