Sapphire is a 2 year old shepherd/husky mix with stunning blue eyes. She was a stray found with puppies who have since been adopted. Sapphire is a bit skittish in the beginning but warms up when treated with patience and kindness. She enjoys being brushed and accepted being bathed. At this point, Sapphire is learning behavior cues and leash walking skills. This young beauty will blossom in a home with owners who are willing to work on trust and security for her. The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
