Dipsy Lou is a 1 year old spayed female shepherd mix. She is a super sweet, loving girl, looking for a family of her own. She LOVES kid and is great with other dogs!! Dipsy should be watched around livestock, but does ok when supervised and knows commands. Dipsy is currently being fostered in Texas, but can also be transport to Iowa!
