Takara is a year old shihtzu who is 8 lbs. She has not been spayed yet. She uses pee pads is leash trained, good with cats, dogs, children and walks. Takara and her boyfriend Kieto were left at the dog park, pretty matted with long nails so we think maybe an elderly person could not care for them any longer.
