Most animals we rescue are abandoned at the pound, who no one wants--seniors and special-needs.  100% of all funds are used for them—extensive veterinary and medical costs, prescription meds, rehab, special foods, supplements, and more.

JERUSHA is a beautiful 22 year old black/bay Thoroughbred mare.  She was rescued from a bad situation where her owners got behind on board and she was also starving as she did not have enough to eat, at the same place we rescued Lilly from.  She has serious suspensory ligament issues and we dont know if or when she would be rideable.  She is approximately 15.3 to 16 hands tall.

Jerusha has another at least 100-200 pounds to gain before she will look like her beautiful former self.  Her feet are being naturally trimmed, and if they require shoes, that will be added too.
