Douglas, MI, 49406
Pet name:
Coat length:
Fern is a beautiful black and brown classic tiger, with huge amber eyes and a really sweet personality. She and another young cat walked up to a house, but "there was no room at the inn," so they were surrendered to our shelter on April 21st, 2020. At her vetting by our medical team, she was given an estimated birthdate of April 23rd, 2018.

On May 15th, 2020, she was transferred over to our Wishbone House in Douglas where she enjoys a communal room with others. Shes seriously a gentle soul and really needs her own person to love and to give her the one-on-one attention she so deserves.

Shes been waiting too long. If you are considering a forever adoption into your home and would like to see her, please visit the Wishbone House in Douglas and/or go online where you can fill out an adoption application at
Allegan County Animal Shelter operated by Wishbone Pet Rescue Alliance (269) 686-5112 ext. 0

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
