Please contact Dana (dllawson79@gmail.com), (925) 586-6408 for more information about this pet.*great buddy cat*Munch is 1 yr old (DOB 8/20/21), a super cute, short haired, black & white tuxedo with mittens. She has developed into a confident, curious cat who gets along well with other cats and has become very affectionate with her fosters, even crying when they stop petting her. She loves playing with the 2 yr old tabby, her big brother mentor! She has a very healthy appetite (earning the nickname "Munch"). She is still nervous about being approached in an open space, but has her safe spots like on the cat trees where shes happy to be petted. She will ALWAYS come if you approach her food dish. Munch will do best with patient people to continue to gain confidence and blossom. She remains wary of new people and ideally should be placed at first in a smaller room so she can bond with her new family. She has not been introduced to dogs, but a mellow, cat-friendly dog that will give her space should be fine. She would fit in easily with a home with other cats - she seems to prefer males and is not intimidated by older or bigger cats. Mattie is not suitable for young children or energetic dogs. If interested, we can chat further and arrange a visit at her foster home in Walnut Creek. Munch is done with all medical-- spay, microchip, vaccination, flea & worming meds.
