Whippy is a sweet and energetic little bundle of adorableness! He loves everyone and everything! He’s good with dogs, cats and even chickens! Whippy is almost potty trained. He rings a bell to go out most of the time. I showed him 2 hand signs already(come and sit). He is super smart and picks up right away. Whippy was found on the side of a road in NC and brought to a kill shelter there. He is a super sweet and cuddly puppy looking for his furever home! We believe he is deaf.
