Charles needs a foster home! He is a 4-year-old tri-colored fellow who is one of a group of bassets who came to BHRG from a breeding situation. When the wife died, the husband did not want the dogs. Charles has been checked out by a BHRG vet and is waiting for a foster home at a local kennel. More information to follow.
