Jasper ended up at a Louisiana shelter.   He was part of a cruelty case.   These dogs were living in crowded spaces, standing in their own waste.    The owner surrendered the dogs to the shelter, which cleared them to be released to rescue groups.   Jasper is a young adult.  He’s been neutered, vaccinated and tested heartworm negative.   He’s now on heartworm preventative
