Named after the god of courage, this handsome boy is Ares. Ares is a border collie mix who is 1.5 years old. He is full grown at 52 pounds. Ares is looking for a home he can call his own Mount Olympus. Ares has a medium energy level. He enjoys playing outside and going for hikes, but also appreciates his down time, which he prefers to spend getting cuddled and loved on. He is the perfect balance of activity and relaxation. Ares gets along with other dogs and children. He would be a wonderful addition to a family that had one or both already in residence. Ares has not met cats yet. Ares is working on house, crate and leash training. He is a smart pup who is eager to please, so he is sure to pick up these important skills quickly with the patience and consistency of his new family. The adoption fee for Ares is $500.
