In shelter Dog

Kennewick, WA, 99336
Pet name:
Border Collie
Born approx. June 2020, Edwinn is a male Border Collie. He came to us afraid of the outside world and lacking confidence. He has made marked improvements in his foster home and is now ready to find his forever family. Edwinn is potty and crate trained. He is happiest when he is with his people and other dogs, for this reason, we will require Edwinn goes to a home with another confident dog to continue giving him guidance and reassurance. Edwinn needs a home with a secure 6 foot fence and one that will keep him active and mentally stimulated, breed experience is a huge bonus.Edwinn will do best in a home with adults or adults and kids over 5. It is unknown how he would do around cats.

All large and/or active dogs will require a full fenced (6ft) secure yard.
No children under 5.

Like all Mikeys Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise.

Applications can be found at and completed on a computer, tablet, and/or phone. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
