Meet Buck!

This precious baby was dumped on the side of the road in the country with no way to survive, fortunately he was rescued by a wonderful family who just happened to see him on the side of the road hiding in some tall grass. He was scared and hungry and so glad to see kind people show up to help him. Sweet Buck is just a baby and is staying with the family who are helping him while he looks for his forever home.

Buck is a 8 month old border collie/great pyrenees mix that has beautiful soft white fur with an adorable black mask and black spots. He has a very sweet face and loves to give kisses.

He is good with female dogs and all people.

Buck has a mel
low personality for a puppy and loves to chill on the couch and watch TV with the family.

He is looking for a forever home where he will be a loved member of the family forever.

Buck is crate and house trained.

If you would like to binge your next NetFlix series with this cutie snuggled by your side, please complete an application on our website and his foster mom will be in touch.

Buck is UTD on vaccinations and will receive the remainder of his vetting from LHS.

We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in adopting from LHS, please complete an online application at and we will contact you asap about the status of your application.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
