In shelter Dog

Prescott, AZ, 86301
Pet name:
Tricolor (Brown, Black, & White)
Coat length:
Oscar is a super sweet 7 yr old chihuahua mix. He weighs about 11 lbs. Hes very well-mannered - knows sit, lay down, and has good house manners. He can be a little bossy with other dogs, especially males, but is good with most females and is good with cats. Hes affectionate, very playful, smart, and learns new routines quickly. Hes a nice boy and fun to have around. Hes housetrained, crate trained and leash trained. He has a moderate energy level and LOVES going for walks.
He would love a home with a playful female dog. He is afraid of storms (does fine in his crate under a blanket), and would do best with an adopter whos been there. Good with older kids. No big dogs. LOCAL ADOPTION ONLY. His adoption fee is $200.

This dog requires a secure fenced yard. No apartments or condos for this dog. Please do not contact us to ask if this dog is available - if you can see the profile its available.

This dog may be at one of the Prescott pet stores on Sat. If youre interested, please fill out the Petfinder introduction or ask for our pre-adoption questionnaire. If youre a good fit, well contact you.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
