Desi is an adorable little guy who is about 8 years of age and 14 lbs. He is the epitome of a lap dog and will fit right into your family with his sweet and loving personality. He is house-trained, responds well when you call his name, and even does a couple of tricks for you. This friendly little guy is great with kids of all ages and even other pets. He is good with cats so long as they are fed in different rooms so he doesn’t get territorial of his food. Desi definitely likes other dogs of all sizes and plays with them well.
He is active and loves to play tug-a-war and tag along with you on adventures whether by car or foot. When not traveling out of the house, Desi will happily nap in whatever cocoon he can make in the home. He loves to make nests of blankets and pillows wherever he can find them.
He is a very social dog and would best be suited for a home where he can watch or cuddle you throughout the day, but if you work a full day he would like to have a canine companion. He even will protect the home for you by warding off unwanted visitors with his mighty barks.
Desi would be a great fit in a majority of homes because of his chill demeanor and charm.
Desi is being fostered in Oakland, CA. His adoption fee is $275.
All our dogs are in private foster homes and arrangements to meet our dogs occur after an application has been received.
