Skeeter was rescued from a hoarding situation of 60+ dogs with 3 others that had serious medical needs. Skeeter had to have one of his eyes removed when he was rescued. He has had a dental, all of his vaccines, has been neutered and microchipped. Skeeter loves other dogs (big & small), doesnt seem to chase cats and is good around people of all ages. He does take a short bit to warm up to new people but is such a good boy! He is mostly house trained but some times goes on a puppy pad in his pen during the day or overnight. He walks well on a leash but is also a little shy when in large crowds and can pull back so his martingale collar should always be on snug. He does have a little acid reflux and takes over the counter Pepcid with his meals. If you are interested in meeting Skeeter and potentially making him part of your family, please fill out our application: https://us15b.sheltermanager.com/service?account=es1984&method=online_form_html&formid=29&fbclid=IwAR13hpm4gVf-d4Bci6jdJKzGyQ0Wp5ZbeDq5aZY8PbXYVTiGkC3Tzl74nis Please note: we get a high volume of inquiries on our animals. Your best chance of meeting the animal you are interested in is by filling out our adoption application. As we are a foster based rescue the application is required to schedule a meet and greet.
