Description:
Catmandu -Adoption, Rescue & SanctuaryThis special kitty is Zeus. Hes had a really hard time the last few months and is hoping his luck is going to change with a loving furever home of his own. For the first 2 years of his life, he was the beloved baby of a sweet and loving lady. Then she died. A friend of hers agreed to take him in since he got along with her small dog and other cat. Everything was going okay until she took in a pregnant kitty. When she had the babies, Zeus became their self-appointed protector. He started getting aggressive with the other animals when they came anywhere near HIS kittens. For the crime of wanting to protect them, he was thrown into a dark closet where remained for several weeks. He lived in this small cramped space with an uncleaned litter box and no attention or any interaction at all. The loneliness of the closet almost turned little Zeus mad before he was rescued by Catmandu. He went into a foster home, got neutered and vaccinated, and is spending his days getting lots of pets and love from his foster. while we wait for his testosterone levels to drop. Hes gone back to being a very sweet and affectionate kitty now that he is out of the closet. Hes a perfect gentleman in his foster home, he doesnt spray or claw or act out in any way. Now all he needs is a furever home where he can finally be given all of the love he so deserves. If you are interested in meeting this big sweet house panther, please give us a call at Catmandu, 775-297-3419.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
