Herbie Hankitten

In shelter Cat

Fort Worth, TX, 76107
Pet name:
Herbie Hankitten
Domestic Short Hair
Tabby (Gray / Blue / Silver)
Coat length:
Herbie Hankitten has the most musically patterned coat in the quintet of kittens in the Jazz/Blues Greats litter. His spots and stripes are like free form jazz that slid off that music sheet on the piano and then tumbled, all jumbled, on to the soft fur of this hep cat kitten on the keys. His play is free formโ€ฆhe loses himself into the delight of the toy (a puff ball or the purple platypus), and he is possessive and singular in his pursuit and exploration into all the joy each can be.

Affection is a curl up on your lap (also a protective perch from which to survey the world) with contented winky eyes into yours as you gently scratch under his grinning chin. He was the most shy, hiding behind Mama Spot when first trapped, and can revert in new surroundings โ€ฆ but when safe and comfortable, he is a sweetie and raucous player and wrestler with his big brother and little sisters. Good with cats, kids and dogs when properly introduced and supervised.

Born 4/7/2022

Herbie Hankitten is one of the Jazz/Blues Greats tribute quintet litter. from little mama Spot. The family of six were trapped and removed from a feral colony in River Oaks.

This kitten has not been neutered yet, but is available as Foster2Adopt. You adopt and take the kitten home with you, and we pay for and arrange for neuter later.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
