Joe is one of approximately 20 cats that were rescued from Pulaski, VA when their senior owner passed away. He is used to living in a multi-cat household. Joe prefers other cats company to humans. He is very skittish. He was recently integrated into the larger household of cats in his fosters home to see if it helps him adapt.
