He is looking for a FOSTER and a FOREVER HOME!

Orlando is a brown and white tabby who is an absolute sweetheart.  His foster is moving and cannot take him with her.  Orlando has a lot of energy and playing keeps him from getting bored. He can be a little sassy with other cats, but he gets along if they play with him.
