Description:
Byrde is affectionate, confident and curious, making friends immediately with the resident kitten and 9 year old in his foster home. He loves being brushed and his sleeping positions will humor you every day. Byrde has limited vision out of his left eye due to an impairment, causing the most adorable head tilt. The only accommodation he may need is to clear paths up and down from high places as his depth perception is slightly affected. This hasnt slowed him down a bit as he has no issues navigating the cat tree!! He is great with dogs, cats and rabbits too! He would do best in a home with older kids due to his vision. He is active and playful and would love a cat companion in his forever home. Apply for this confident precious sweetheart today!!!

Byrde is up to date on vaccinations, neutered and negative for FelV/FIV.

The adoption fee for this kitten is $150, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. A $100 spay/neuter deposit is required at time of adoption. This fee covers spay/neuter at one of PetConnects preferred veterinary partners. If the adopter chooses to use their own veterinarian, the deposit will be returned with proof of sterilization.
**No extensions or exceptions will be made to the required spay/neuter date.

***Please note that the first step in the process is to complete our nonbinding application (it does not commit you in any way, but allows us to help you to find a great match). Our application review process also includes a veterinary reference check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives (if applicable) and examined annually by your vet.***

Cats adopted through PetConnect Rescue must be indoor only, and may not be declawed (unless already declawed at the time of rescue).
