Theo will be a wonderful addition to any home where he will have a dog playmate. He has become buddies with the dogs in his foster home and they play all day long. He has also made friends with several dogs in the neighborhood and enjoys regular playdates with them during the week.

Here are the many things that are great about Theo:

 Theo loves people. He gets excited anytime his foster parents get home or new people come to the house. Everyone is Theos friend.
 Theo has graduated from his crate and has free rein of the house. If he has toys and bones to keep him occupied, he is well behaved when left alone for extended periods of time.
 Theo loves meal-time. He is a great eater and is trained to sit before he can have breakfast and dinner.
 Theo is fully house trained and lets you know when he needs to go outside.
 Theo wont get much bigger. He is currently 65 pounds, on the smaller side for a Pyr. He still has some growing to do but will likely be 70-75 pounds when full grown.
 Theo looks great in a bow tie! He is known for his dapper attire with all the neighbors.
 Theo hunts like a cat. He is a fantastic bug hunter, catching and killing any bug he finds in the house. He also hunts rodents and alerted his foster parents of a rat living in their crawl space!
 Theo is a good co-worker. His foster parents work from home, and he likes to hang in the offices with them while they are working during the day.
 Theo does not get on the furniture. He knows better than to get on the sofa or the human beds.
 Theo is curious. He likes to check out sounds around the house and will even watch the tv when something piques his interest.
 Theo is protective of his home. He is quick to alert his foster parents when someone is outside the house or a package has just arrived.
 Theo is great on a walk. He is fully leash trained and goes on daily walks with his foster siblings.
 Theo loves to be loved. He is a snuggle bug who craves his humans love and affection.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION:
1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL, DOGS. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor.
2) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone MUST also be home at least part of the day. Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8-10 hours a day. It is not a good situation for you or the puppy.
3) You must have plans in place to socialize your puppy properly.
4) Our puppies are not livestock dogs. They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere.
