In shelter Dog

Little Rock, AR, 72206
Pet name:
Tricolor (Brown, Black, & White)
Look at those ears! Theres just something special about a dog how has that one ear that stands up (cough, cough, like my own Ruby)!

Please meet the handsome, Ash, a 6 month old husky/GSD mix. He and his 3 siblings were Parvo positive when they came into rescue in March 2022. They were treated and are now Parvo negative (yeah!).

All of the pups are healthy, spayed/neutered and UTD on vaccines. Two of the pups have been adopted while Ash and his sister, Flora, are still looking for their forever homes.

Ash is very smart and picks up quickly on training. He is also very loving, devoted and wants to be close to his person. He does tend to be alpha and will challenge the other other dogs in his foster home but backs down when corrected.

He is currently in a foster home with several adult dogs and does well with all of them. He is crate trained, knows several commands: sit, off, and leave it.

Ash will thrive in a home with an adopter who is willing to continue to work with him on social skills, leash training, and basic obedience. He has limited exposure to children. Cats are unknown.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
