Meet Snookums! Snookums is a handsome 5-year-old Labrador Retriever/Plott Hound mix and weighs in at 46 pounds. He has the sweetest speckles in his shiny fur, and everyone who meets him says hes a studly-looking boy. 

Like any good-looking teenager, Snookums needs a good influence in his life to teach him how to be a gentleman (and woo the ladies). Snookums forever family would be one that wants a beautiful, active, sweet dogbut theyre also willing to teach him to play appropriately and be firm with using his training commands and skills.

Thats rightour boy Snookums has skills! Hes a proud graduate of our board and train program. This means he knows basic obedience and has a fantastic foundation of knowledge to be successful in his forever family. Continuing training programs in a group setting would be very beneficial so he can retain his mad skills.

At night, Snookums would love to curl up with you, get a good brushing or some head scritches, and relax with his family. 

He is up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and will receive heartworm treatment at the full expense of the rescue.
