Jessie was turned in to the shelter as a stray.  He was scared and in need of some TLC.  We rescued this sweet boy and now he is safe.  Jessie was nervous and shy when he first came to us, but after some training, he is doing much better and has come a long way. Jessie is about 1-2 years old and weighs 12 pounds. We believe he is a Maltipoo possibly mixed with some Yorkie. He is good with other dogs and does best with calmer, balanced dogs. He is curious of cats but did fine when meeting them. He will need someone with experience in dealing with scared/anxious dogs, who is patient and can build his confidence.  His biggest challenge now is with grooming.  He will not sit still for long and will sometimes get nippy with grooming and nail trimming. He will need a groomer who can go slow with him and provide him some breaks when needed. Jessie will need a calm household and another dog would be beneficial to help show him the way but not a must.  He will need a patient home/person to give him time to come out of his shell and learn that he is safe. Also, someone that is not gone long hours would be best and no children under 14 years. Jessie is mostly housebroken but does have occasional accidents.
