Spencer Shay is still pretty much a puppy and has all the puppy joy to go with it. Staff said he can be a bit timid at first but of course shelter life can be intimidating. He warms up quickly and becomes his adorable puppy self. Our photo team said this,"Spencer Shay was an adorable puppy who just wanted all the treats and was such a good photo subject. He ran around and was so happy to be out of his kennel." At only 30 pounds hes a great apartment size.
