Dinah is a quiet, curious pigeon who is still learning to trust her foster family. She has beautiful blue checked feathers with vibrant greens and purples around the neck. Dinah enjoys a good window view, exploring the house, and loafing in the sunshine. She is a petite bird, likely born feral but raised by people. Perhaps they were unaware that young birds in captivity dont learn the survival skills necessary to live free, and arent able to be released safely unless raised by an experienced rehabber with the help of a pigeon flock.
