Picasso, named for obvious reasons (no, it is not sharpie on his face) came to us extremely emaciated. He has been working on slow nutrition with his foster and is ready to find his forever family!  He is good with doggies big and small, cats, and kids! He is the most loving and forgiving doggie who will make someone very lucky!!
