Description:
Max is arrived to SARA during the summer of 2021 and has made huge strides in the short time that he has been here. Before arriving at the sanctuary, Max was in poor condition due to severe neglect by his previous owners. Thankfully, some concerned neighbors asked for help in the form of a facebook post that caught the eye of a SARA employee. Just a few days after that, Max was surrendered by his owners and brought to the sanctuary where he receives ample food and fresh water, doggy baths, and treats along with loving attention from staff. This sweet pit mix is fun loving and good natured. He gets along well with his pen mate and welcomes staff at the pen door with a sloppy tongue and wagging tail. Max deserves a forever home where he can receive the same amount of love he gives out, if not more! If you are interested in meeting Max and bringing this sweet boy home, please contact us at SARA.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
