We would like to introduce you all to our special boy Newman who is one of the happiest dogs we have ever met! He is incredibly adaptable, loves being pet and scratched, loves going on a walk and loves absolutely everybody including all dogs and cats. Newman has so much love to offer, and our team is just smitten with him. He is always overjoyed to greet us, he always has a smile on his face, he makes us laugh and is always up for whatever we want to do. Heโ€™s such a wonderful dog.

Newman has a couple medical issues that do not slow him down! He is partially blind as he has glaucoma which is managed by daily eyedrops. He gets around well and loves to explore and meet new people. He currently has high protein levels in his urine which he is seeing an internal medicine specialist for so we can try to figure out why and how we can manage it.

Newman would fit into almost any home scenario, but we believe he would be happiest in a home who has another dog and who isnโ€™t gone long hours.

If you think your home would be a good match for Newman, please complete an adoption application here: and one of our directors will be in contact with you via email within a few business days.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
