Hi everyone! Im Obreski or Obi for short. I am a fun-loving dog that loves to run and play. I am extremely sweet and do well with other dogs and kids. Ive never met a cat, though, so Im not sure how that would go. I am only a year old, so I can be anything you want me to be pretty much! I do, however, come with a lot of mischievous puppy behavior. I will counter surf when nobody is looking, and my puppy energy can be a bit much sometimes for other dogs. I dont always get the hint when they tell me theyre done playing... oops. So, if I go to a home with another dog, they should match my energy for the most part. I can also sometimes knock over small children when I get excited. I dont like to be confined, so I still need to work on my crate training. An airline crate or heavy-duty crate is highly advised. I will hurt myself on a regular wire crate while trying to escape. I will also need some treats and chews to keep me busy while Im in there. I dont like to be confined in a yard, either. I mean, theres a reason Houdini is in the name of this rescue. If I feel confined, I will dig or jump to get out of the yard. Because of this, my foster parents keep me on a tie-out in the yard. Im only a year old, so I can be a great dog for someone willing to put in the work! Are you up for the challenge?

We do require a home visit and a veterinarian reference. Please contact your veterinarian to give them permission to release information to us. Once we have reviewed your application and received a favorable reference from your veterinarian, our adoption coordinator will contact you. Please be patient as this process could take several days.
