If you have additional questions please email info@huskyrescueteam.orgThis is Charlie! And just look at those cute ears!

Charlie is a 1-2 year old Shepherd/Husky mix new to the H-E-A-R-T program. We dont know anything about his past because he was a stray. But hes a super smart, happy guy.

Charlie plays well with other dogs but prefers females. He would be okay in a home as an only dog. Hed like a forever home with fenced yard.

Charlie is neutered, vaccinated and healthy. Hes being fostered in NC but can be transported for the right family! Adoption area NJ to NC. Education And Rescue Team is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what its like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog youre interested in. If youre still interested in adopting from our rescue the first step is to complete our adoption application online at

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
