I’m Waino. I am a terrier mix who’s 67 lbs of exuberance. I love everyone I meet. If you’re ever having a bad day and feeling alone- don’t worry! I am excited you’re here. Just come pay me a visit! 

2 things I love are water and treats. I will play in the water in all forms (snow, kiddie pool, lake, you name it). I will do anything for a tasty treat. I’ve already learned sit, shake, and down and am working on more! I love treats. like really really love them. 

1 day I would love to have a yard to get the zoomies in. Butt scratches send me off into a round of zoomies. I love to play my version of fetch. I’ll chase the toy, but am not a fan of bringing it back. I call it “modified pitching” ? 

0 bites are left in my bowl at the end of each meal. I love me a good bowl of purina chicken. 

210 days I have spent at MEHS Highland. I’ve experienced almost all four seasons here. This fall, I’d rather spend it lounging around a campfire than sitting in my kennel, waiting for my turn outside. I do fine with other large breed dogs and older kids. I prefer a home without cats, but dogs are better right?

If you are interested in meeting with Waino, they are available at our MEHS Highland location. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, treated for fleas and ticks, dewormed, and tested.
