Meet Billy, a ball-obsessed, 1 year old Maltese mix.

This sweet boy can be a little scared of new people at first but once he trusts you, you will have a playmate for life. Just ask his foster parents, who spend hours every day playing ball and trying to outsmart this little smarty pants.

Billy is crate trained, house trained and leash trained. He would love to take you for walks in the neighborhood and, of course, play ball.

Billy is looking for an active all-adult home that will be patient with him while he learns to trust.

Are you the perfect furever home for Billy? Apply online at www.wsrh.com

Billy has been vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. His adoption donation is $450 and includes 6 months heartworm preventative meds, free microchip registration, and a safety harness.

If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting Billy, please apply online at www.wsrh.com. Please do NOT send inquiries via Adopt A Pet or PetFinder as we are a small rescue and cannot handle a large number of inquiries. If you have a specific question, please email us at westiehouston@gmail.com but in order to be considered for adoption, you must complete an application.

All dogs are available until “Adoption Pending” is noted next to their names. WSRH DOES NOT HAVE A PUBLIC SHELTER. ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN PRIVATE HOMES. Approved adopters only will be invited to meet the dogs.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
