Sammy & Maggie

In shelter Cat

Mount Rainier , MD, 20712
Pet name:
Sammy & Maggie
Coat length:
Sammy & Maggie love to pretend theyre all about play-time and exploring, but at the end of the day, theyre just total snuggle bugs.

Sammy is constantly on the look out for the best nap spot and he always finds the most unlikely places-- wrapped around a chair leg, half-way under the rug, or right on your big toe. However, deep down, his favorite spot is a cozy lap. Hes a very vocal lap-appreciator so he projects an extra loud purr. Sammy takes some time to get comfortable with new people , but treats and play-time are an easy path to his heart and it will lead him straight to your lap.
When hes not napping, Sammy is playing with his sister Maggie. Maggie is a chatty girl with an endearing soprano chirp and sweet, highly pet-able face. She chooses her lap-nap positions very carefully and if you move her, she will bounce back like a boomarang--nothing can keep her from a good snuggle. She’s a big fan of chasing feather wands and toy mice, and always commits to a lunge/leap. The tiniest of all her siblings but her personality is huge!

If youre ready to let some snuggle bugs into your heart/lap, please reach out!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
