Lucy loves attention. Once she/he comes out on her/his terms she/he loves to be talked to. Lucy has a wide range of vocabulary and very talkative.

As with any parrot, Lucy can be cage aggressive if you stick your hand into the cage. After all, the parrot cage is their home, and you wouldnt want someone to invade your territory or home.

Although Lucy is listed and available now, we have several applications that have undergone adoption approval. We do not hold parrots for individuals who have not completed the whole adoption process
Please note that the first communication is through email, whether your prequalifying application is within 4 to 6 business days. Please check your email and spam folders, as this email will inform you if you are or are not approved. If you are approved, please read the entire email, explaining how you will move forward in our adoption process. If not approved, you will be informed of why we will not approve you to move forward in adopting one of the parrots at this time.

We do not hold parrots for individuals who have not undergone the adoption process; that will be provided in the initial email once your prequalified application is submitted.

Please complete the prequalified application if you would like to meet any of our available parrots.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
