White on his chest and under his chin but doesn’t touch, he has two white toes on host left front paw and the other is solid brindle, he is a awful sloucher! He chews on his paws when he is nerve! He has allergies his nose runs and his has eye boogers

He is a great dog and I was super lucky to have him! So I know who ever is thinking the same but plz let me have him back! He needs his mommy just as bad as I need him!
