Description:
Polly is an adorable American bulldog mix. She is approximately 5-6 years old. She came to us after being found as a stray. She was in pretty bad shape with skin issues and a variety of other challenges caused by years of neglect. She has spent months in one of our foster homes and is now ready for adoption and looking and feeling great.

She is a wonderful girl who deserves a great life after the years of neglect she has suffered. We hope to find Polly her very own special person who will love her just as she is.

Polly will want to be your only pet in the home and have you all to herself. She is very sweet with people, affectionate, and calm in the home. Kids are probably more of a no for her only because she is strong, so they'd need to be teens on up at a minimum. She loves suckling on blankets, go for walks and get in some cuddle time. She talks, too! Check out one of her videos.

Polly can be reactive on a leash when she sees other pooches, a super common habit. An experienced dog person will be able to manage her well. We have many tips to help her keep improving. She is strong so physical strength to walk her is essential.

Polly is on a special diet, again, a common thing. Her allergies are mostly food-related.

Polly is vaccinated, chipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $295.

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
