*We are a foster-based rescue with no shelter or facility to view our dogs, and our address is a mailing address only. Please be patient as we are an all-volunteer rescue and our rescue dogs are in various loving foster homes throughout Central Florida. As a general rule we try to limit our adoptions to within the state of FL. Immediate Foster/Adopter needed for our amazing dog River who is a 12-18 month old mixed breed dog girl that is available for

 foster

/adoption through 4 Lucky Dogs. River just graduated basic on-leash training including walking on leash, sit, down, place and a foundational recall. She was also able to receive dog socialization through Foster Dog Farms, LLC.



A good home or foster home for River would be someone who can continue with the training she has already received. 
Foster Dog Farms will offer 3 follow up lessons to the adopter. 


 

During her training, River demonstrated that she gets along well with socially appropriate dogs that have mild to moderate temperaments/play styles. A quieter home without young children would likely be best suited for River. She recently did extremely well in a foster home other than some selective dog/leash reactivity, which we have now provided a good training baseline for through Foster Dog Farms, LLC.



She can still display some leash reactivity towards high energy dogs but now she can recover and walk properly on the leash. River is crate trained and doing well. She may chew up bedding if she gets bored but likes chew toys/bones. She is very loving, friendly and playful and loves her car rides as well.
