Description:
Rain - Cane Corso mix, 7 months old. Needs a home with a yard and another dog. Kids over 10.

Rain was rescued with her brothers Buster and Bear. They are Cane Corso mixes (Dad was a purebred Cane Corso and mom a medium sized mixed breed). All three pups are just beautiful and have lovely temperaments. They are currently around 40-45 lbs at 7 months old and will likely grow to around 60 lbs when full grown.

The pups do very well with other dogs. They are timid so in fact would do best with another dog in the home. They have been around cats and do very well.

From Rain's foster:

Rain is a very sweet affectionate girl once she gets to know you.  Rain has a huge heart and a lot of energy, but she also loves to take naps.  She is great with other dogs but like people it takes some time.  She seeks approval when learning and wants to get it right.  She needs someone who is home more than not or someone she can go with on adventures.  She is great with kids and may do best in a home where she has someone to play with.  Cats are unknown but I would say probably not as she loves to bunny hunt with her foster brothers.

They have not had any training so far but with some time and effort these beautiful dogs will grow up to be excellent canine companions. They are not suitable for apartment living. We would like to see them in a home with a fenced yard and with an active person or family.

Rain is scheduled to be vaccinated, chipped and spayed.  Her adoption fee is $495.

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
