4 Lucky Dogs is not a shelter or facility where dogs can be viewed, as all of our rescue dogs are in loving foster homes throughout Florida. The best adoption scenario for Cookie is in a home with another dog for company as she loves her foster sibling brothers and looks to them for confidence.
