Name:  Natalia      Best Guess for Breed:  Catahoula/Chihuahua mix   Best Guess for Age: 8 months as of Mar 2021      SEX:  Female   Approximate Weight:  46 lbs    Gets Along With:  Other dogs, selectively! No cats.     Currently Living at:  DC Foster    Natalia is Looking For:  A forever home that will love her unconditionally! Do you love kisses, snuggles, and giggles? Are you in need of a new adorable best friend forever? Look no further! Natalia is here for all of your needs! She would love to go home with you and show you just how much love she can give!   What My Foster Says About Me: Natalia is an incredibly sweet, loyal, and devoted girl. She is VERY smart and well trained (knows a bunch of commands and listens well!) and catches on quick. She does well on walks, knows exactly how to tell you when she needs to go out, and absolutely loves to run—she’d make a great running partner for someone, or can get energy out at the dog park. She is truly the kind of pup who will be devoted to her human/s until the day she dies. She loves to be by your side, is extremely affectionate with kisses and snuggles, and about once a day, will decide she’s ready to hop on your lap and sleep. Food and chew toys are her second loves, especially bones filled with peanut butter.    Natalia will need a relatively simple (one or two-person) family situation; she's very protective of her humans and her guarding tendencies (which comes from the right place!) can emerge in more complicated situations in the home.  She will need an adopter ready to work on managing these behaviors so she can live her best life!   Natalia has been going to the dog park regularly and LOVES it...she does best with dogs her size or bigger, not such a fan of smaller dogs.   She does great as an only dog in the house, just craves attention and wants to be around her people. She will entertain herself with a chew-toy once she's checked in!   TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online HERE .   Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
