Absolutely NO cats. Lola is bonded with Ramon (her brother). Their owner has cancer, and sadly had to go into hospice. She is a gorgeous black and tan short hair purebred dachshund. 13 years old, and weighs 13 pounds. Up-to-date all all vaccinations and vetting. They love to go on walks, and then snuggle together. From their foster: R & L are bonded and are rarely out of sight of each other. Both are lively and energetic. They are very affectionate not timid or shy. Need a home with a yard. Crate trained and housebroken they are used to a regular routine which includes lots of lap time. Though they've spent most of their lives indoors they now enjoy lots of time outdoors exploring the garden. They walk well on leashes and when off leash both respond to being called by their names. A home with dogs their size would be okay, but no large dogs. There were no children in their home and there are none here so I cannot say how they would respond to a child.
