HONEY and LACI                                                             A Bonded Pair



Honey is a super loving, cuddly, intelligent Jachshund dog who was found as a stray with her daughter-Laci.  Honey has been a bit protective of Laci in a good way, always checking on her to be sure she is doing well here. Honey is a bit cautious on the first meet, then when she realizes you are a good person, she will crawl into your lap and once she trusts you, Honey will take her paws and wrap them around your neck for a hug. she likes to be close, likes to rest and be on a lap and enjoys sleeping with her human at nite. Honey and her daughter are very sweet. Honey and her daughter are very close and they need to be adopted as a bonded pair. Honey is not good with strangers as she becomes protective of her family so we do not recommend children. They will do best in a quiet home with folks who do not entertain a lot or have children and family over.





Honey is a very pretty girl with super soft fur, a nice shiny coat, and bright eyes. she is scheduled to be neutered at our vet and that is included in her adoption. Honey will also be chipped. She is up to date on all her vaccines.



Laci has a Dachshund Body and Jack Russell ears with a medium-length coat and curly waves down her back which may be a poodle. Laci and Honey are very close and we prefer they be adopted together since momma just adores her daughter.



Honey weighs 13.9 pounds and 13 pounds is her perfect weight. Laci weighs 9.5 pounds. Both dogs are being fed a Human-Grade Canine-specific diet and we will educate the adopters in species-specific feeding. The Bonded Pair adoption fee is $1,150.00. All monies are recycled to save more dogs and help cover medical costs.





To apply to adopt Honey and Laci, please start the adoption process by filling out an online application. Pre-approved applicants will be called for a formal phone interview and if approved, a meet and greet will be set up at the rescue in Arlington.
