Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet! Spay or neuter today! Nora Ephron was a filmaker best known for romantic comedy films and Nora Roberts has written more than 225 romance novels. Pasadena Humane's Nora is clearly all about love based on her namesakes! Nora's owner couldn't take her when she moved so she came to Pasadena Humane. Nora is missing her home and is a bit anxious here at the shelter. However, once she knows she can trust you, then she warms up to you. A volunteer that visited Nora reported, ` . . . she finally began to relax as I talked to her. Cat treats lured her out of bed where I was able to stroke her head. Eventually, she liked to be stroked under her chin and began purring. This girl is a bit hesitant, but seems sweet.` More recently, a volunteer reported that she was already waiting at the front of her kennel and that she is far more confident than before. The volunteer added that Nora is very friendly and will come forward just for pets even without treats. At a young eight years old, she is considered a senior which means if an adopter is aged sixty or more, then the adoption is completely free! Nora is all about love, bring this Nora into your home and watch the love grow!Learn more about our virtual adoption process.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
