Emily is a young momma cat, thought to only be about a year and half old herself. She gave birth to 4 kittens on St. Patrick’s day and has done a wonderful job raising them. Emily seems to enjoy the company and playtime with other cats very much as well as full body rubs and play time with her humans and will purr up a storm for you for pets. However, she is still somewhat timid/skittish with humans and does not like to be approached fast, held, or picked up. Her favorite things include cat treats, time on top of her cat tower, and cardboard scratching pads with catnip. She will need an adopter that understands her boundaries and will be patient and calm with continued efforts to slowly socialize her. She would do best in a calm and quiet home with another cat friend(s) and without a dog or children.

This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
